Individual & Team Effectiveness:
- Thrive through Change and into Accountability & Investment: Define the behaviors of accountability through a visual framework while exploring ways to keep self and team in a space of ownership and engagement during times of continuous and/or challenging change.
- Increase Communication: Learn how to adapt communication and approach with both internal and external clients based on the situation and person. This session utilizes “DiSC profiles” as a guide and tool for understanding communication styles and strategies for increasing self-awareness and adaptability.
Increase Performance & Results:
- Team Direction: Proactively explore ways to optimize team performance and increase productivity by defining expectations for self and team, increasing effectiveness of work relationships with those critical to success and delivering effective feedback with team, peers and clients.
- Team Agreements: Create agreements to ensure communication and conflict can be managed effectively as a full team throughout the year.
